Neom Logistics is a wholly owned bumiputra Malaysian based company with core business expertise in manpower/laboursupply, hostels management, transportation and warehousing services.

The organization prides itself with the supply of outsourced local general and semi-skilled workers, for various industries such as manufacturing, retail, distribution & transportation.

The organization also works closely with domestic & international airlines for cargo shipping and thus has access to air and sea cargo spaces at super-competitive rates.

Who Are We?

Dato’ Sri Shahril Mokhtar
Chairman

Neom Logistics is led and guided by a seasoned industry expert and pioneer in Dato’ Sri Shahril Mokhtar

Dato’ Sri Shahril bin Mokhtar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology with a minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, Missouri, USA in 1995. After which, he pursued his postgraduate studies and obtained his Master of Management Degree with distinction from University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2006 and he also attended Advanced Management Program at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA in 2016.

Served in various industries including banking and management consultancy before finding a stable footing in the transport sector with RapidKL and SPAD.

Dato’ Sri Shahril also previously took helm as Group Managing Director of Prasarana Malaysia Berhad before subsequently leading MRT Corp as CEO to the National Multibillion Economic Agenda project.

He also held post with listed company DWL Resources Berhad as Managing Director and has served as Advisor to the Government in the field of transport and logistics.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Sungai Klang Expressway Sdn Bhd, Chairman of UiTM Holdings Sdn Bhd, Chairman of Petra Transit Systems, Chairman of SAIB Holdings Berhad and Chairman of Pow Pocket Sdn Bhd.

Hairil Zaim
Managing Director

Hairil is currently the Managing Director of Neom Logistics

A seasoned veteran in logistics sector with 22 years of industry experience. He oversees the company on its day to day.

Previous work experience includes Lufthansa Cargo, Austrian Airline, Angkasa Cargo and AES Cargo.
